Complimentary to the community. Total body transformation with classes that incorporate strength training, circuits, intervals, cardio and more. Appropriate for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.  No purchase necessary.  60-minute class meets on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8:15am (with Michelle Spitz) and on Mondays at 12:45pm (with Julie Erickson) in the Aerobics room.


Tighten and Tone with Laila Berland.  Tone up and slim down with a low-impact, full body workout.  Using the barre method and light weights, exercises are designed to shape long, lean muscles, improve posture, and flexibility.  Appropriate for all fitness levels. Class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 730am to 8:30am in the Aerobics Room. 10-class pass:  $100.


With Susan Derderian.  Traditional yoga stretches, poses and relaxation techniques with soothing Christian music and meditation.  Invigorate your mind and body while enhancing flexibility, improving range of motion, and relieving stress. Class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. in the Thomas Coke Room. 10-class pass: $100.
