This class is co-ed, free, and includes low-impact aerobics, stretching, balance and strength training. Chairs are provided and optional the entire class. Reservations are not required. For more information contact our certified instructor, Jean Kennedy, at or 770-804-1202.  Thursdays,  9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m., Aerobics Room.
