Find Your Exercise Fit
This class is co-ed, free, and includes low-impact aerobics, stretching, balance and strength training. Chairs are provided and optional the entire class. Reservations are not required. For more information contact our certified instructor, Jean Kennedy, at jeanjvkennedy@bellsouth.net or 770-804-1202.  Thursdays,  9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m., Aerobics Room.
