EMPOWER FITNESS

Complimentary to the community. Total body transformation with classes that incorporate strength training, circuits, intervals, cardio and more. Appropriate for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.  No purchase necessary.  60-minute class meets on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8:15am (with Michelle Spitz) and on Mondays at 12:45pm (with Julie Erickson) in the Aerobics room. Classes run through May 11.
